Renovation and change of use for Commercial Environment

Changing the use of this residence with more than 320m² from the 70s was a challenge. make the  wider, more accessible spaces and the reuse of rainwater were initial premises. The replacement of the roof made it possible to design a more attractive and contemporary facade for the commercial property, on a high-traffic avenue.
